AOS understands that life is busy and your convenience is an important part of our care. If you are between the ages of 10 and 75 years old, we now offer same day surgery. This allows you to complete the initial consultation over the phone. No in-office visit, no leaving work, no missing school and/or extracurricular activities prior to surgery.

Here are the requirements needed from the patient prior to your call:

• Online Patient Registration
• Referral slip from your Doctor
• A panoramic x-ray taken within the year
  • If your referring doctor is unable to provide this x-ray, please contact AOS to schedule a no charge x-ray appointment
